Return Policy
Frost Oak Creek Creations is committed to hand making and selecting only quality products. All of our suppliers are selected by us and many are small family businesses here in the United States. We rigorously inspect each item in our store to ensure quality.
Some products are considered special order items and unfortunately are not returnable.
All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.
Baby and Toddler Items
Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns.
Our policy on all other items lasts for 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days has passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
We personally prepare and ship all items. Therefore, if you experience a problem, your first step is to call us direct at (559) 323-1149. If we are unable to resolve the issue we will consider a return or refund.
